For Earth LLP is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out who we are and how and why we collect, store, use and share your personal information. The Site is owned and operated by For Earth LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (the “Company” or “us”). It is our endeavour to fully comply with applicable Indian laws governing data privacy, including, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 which govern the collection, use and disclosure of sensitive personal data or information collected from our users (“you”/”user“) and duly published as required under applicable Indian laws.
