Launched in 2019, Kocoatrait was conceived by two certified chocolate tasters with an intention to create planet-friendly, sustainable and indulgent chocolates. The brand is focussed on making single origin bean to bar chocolates in intriguingly unique flavours. They also offer baking essentials, cacao nibs and cacao powder.
The brand’s sustainable efforts extend well and truly beyond. From sun drying the beans rather than using industrial dryers to using natural sweeteners; from cold pressing cocoa butter to making a plastic free packaging made using cacao shell waste.
