Nom

Nom was started in 2018 by founders Shashank Gupta and Simran Rajput, who decided to take on the challenge of waste reduction through edible cutlery. The brand’s goal is to curb using single use plastic and provide a delightful experience of healthy, tastefully baked snacks .

This food technology start-up makes edible straws made of flours, vegetable oil and other ingredients that are 100% plant-based and FSSAI approved. Currently, Nom straws are available in three sizes and six refreshing flavours of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coffee, mint and lime.
